i'm in buffalo,ny and there are for sale signs all over the place, mostly by real-estate companies. i don't see much about how to deal with agents once properties are in thier hands,are they off limits, also when you see an ad in the newspaper by a realtor that say motivated owner what kind of offer can you make, as you can see i'm still working to get that first deal. thanks ulysses
