well I am trying to get started never bought a home but am looking at a short sale but don't have the down payment nor will I qualify any suggestions

I haven't done any short sales myself but I am pretty sure if you check the forums tab there should be a discussion there regarding it. If you don't find what you are looking for try posting a question in the forums area where a coach or other investors who have worked on short sales can help you.
Sorry it took so long to reply. I check my guestbook but didn't think until recently to go back and see if people simply replied at their own space. If you have any other questions or want to ask me something feel free to pm me or leave a message on my guestbook cause I will likely see it sooner.
