Hello I need help with making offers on a homes that the owener says they own but the bank still holds part of the note. The owners want tell me what the note is that the bank holds so im using the FMV that i found on appriasal.com at its lowes is 134,463, and the high is 158,191. The owener has another home and needs to sell this one for 139,900,a discounted price. My first offer was turn down and I will make another for 130,703, Im discounting 3% off of 139.900 and looking for a $5000 profit no rehab. I would like to use my GI bill to purchase the home and then assign to aother vet. I would like to make offers using my GI bill/FHA to buy all the FSBO or vacant home i find. Do you know of anyone else that's doing this.
