Thanks for the welcome message. What I have learned so far from browsing this site is amazing!

I badly underestimated Dean at first. I attended a free intro to Dean's programs some time back but didn't get involved at that time. A free CD of his book sat unopened for several months. I had already attended a few paid seminars from other gurus, but hadn't gotten enough to be comfortable with starting investing, there was just too much missing. I made the mistake of lumping Dean with everyone else. When I finally read his Profit from Real Estate book, I was blown away by the wealth of info and the steps to follow. I now see that what Dean offers far surpasses what others offer. I am now going through Deans books I bought online and am now seeing how I can really do this! The bumps in the road just got smaller.

Again, thanks Dean, you have restored my faith that someone really does care for something more than just the money. I'm really excited!

There is a wealth of wisdom on here just for the reading .

Another awesome video, Dean! I see opportunities everywhere, but my fears keep jumping in front of me. I guess it's time to kill the fears and just DO IT. If someone else can do it, why can't I? Thanks again.
