I am British and a registered nurse. Originally, when I came to the States I lived in Florida then moved to the San Francisco bay area in 2005. I bought my house in 2006 when prices were soaring and ended up with a very large monthly payment. I was working many hours and turned to real estate. I started the buy and hold strategy as a landlord hoping to get the cash flow to pay my mortgage and enable me to work less. Unfortunately, I ended up paying thousands for repairs and work that needed to be done which I never expected, so instead of being better off, I ended up in a worse situation financially. However, I am still passionate about real estate and would love to start doing wholesale deals that's why I enrolled in Dean's 'Blueprint thirty days to cash.' I would welcome any kind of support or assistance in accomplishing this goal.
Hopeful Real Estate Investor
I live in California. I am hoping to become a real estate investor and eventually quit my nursing profession.
I am interested in finding other investors for support and partnering.
My family is against my real estate ventures and its difficult to go it alone. Therefore, I would love to hear
from others in any profession who are in a similar predicament and want to also become successful real estate investors.
