Thank you Dean. Your site has been one of my favourites for some time now. I get so much from your obvious passion and enthusiasm and not just for Real Estate investing. Your wisdom is as applicable in all walks of life as it is in Real Estate. I am yet to take the plunge but I do intend to in the not too distant future. Not too sure how things vary from the USA to the UK so still learning. Frankly, I cannot understand why you are not known to millions of people. What you say counts.
