I purchased two houses in clarksburg wv in and spent the last 3 monthes remodeling the one,which cost me $6,000.the other one came with tentants in it,they have been there for 5 years.One is a two bedroom home and the rented one is a 3 bedroom .The 3 bedroom home has a store that is below it,just open space,and a garage next to it.Ive owner financed it because it would not meet mortgage standards.I'm wondering how to make this property really work for me, anyone with idea's would be well appreciated.
