Started in realestate in 2003 with single family home and have been buying two to six units per year have aquired 38 units but have a deal in the works for 9 more units a quad a tri plex and 2 single family homes. All this and my cash flow is weak. Numbers say lots of cash flow but business expences, vacancies repairs keep it way to close to empty. this is the area Im going to fix in 2014.
