I am a older college student 9 mo. away from my bachlors in business. I also was a truck driver hoping never to have to drive a big truck again. I have a small farm here in Porter Co, I bought no money down, just took over the payments the owner a friend didn't want it anymore. I also keep bees and rent them out to farms for pollination. Through the years I have bought homes fixed them up and sold them and moved on. I am definetly ready to step up the game. Ready Ready Ready, show me the money!!

Hi Greg, have been working on my system and have done a few contract deals with a local guy who has those signs out I buy houses. Gotten some really good rentals with no work involved. Now I am moving into high end short sales and have gotten private transitional funding and a proffessional negotiating team, and currently have quite a few deals in the pipeline and working on more with this fabulous broker Karen.
