Called on a property today that is listed for 46K and has a worth in the range of 80k to 115K. I have not been into the property yet to see what the repairs will be, but I should be hearing from my real estate agent later today as to when I can gain access to the home.
I am a carpenter by trade and will be doing the repair work, if the numbers come back in an acceptable price range.
