My closest friends call me Pat. I've been investing and building my real estate business part-time since I was 17. I'm extremely interested and quite fond of the Marketing aspect of having your own business, it's a lot like fishing to me. I love marketing for the same reason I love fishing, the next lead you bring in could always turn out to be the "big one." You have different baits (marketing pieces) for different types of fish (leads). It's also always an ongoing experiment, because you can keep tweaking to increase your results. It's both challenging and rewarding, not to mention a lot of fun. I was blessed enough to come across real estate investing at a young age and at this point I'm working to ramp up my business to move into doing it full time. I wish they would teach some of the things I've learned over the past 4 years in traditional schools. Maybe more pioneers is what the economy needs, instead of adding to the herd. Well just some food for thought. I don't know about you, but I'm going to go do some fishing
Stay Blessed
Pat
If you need help, let me know
That is great that you are doing it so young. I have experienced a lot in the past 8 months and I am on track to make around 172,000 in the next 30 days. So Dean's program works man and you just have to go out and do it.
I went from putting in bids on one property at a time to putting in 32 properties in a week, not including the oceanfront property that I will be bidding on about 13 properties. So read his stuff and really just go out and get your feet wet man. If you have any questions please let me know and I will try to help or find out for you if I can not answer your question.
Good Luck and happy house hunting!!!!
