I currently work at NBC in the Marketing Dept. I have recently just received Dean's material and feel excited to get started on my journey into real estate and financial freedom. I started to browse around the forums and I'm amazed at the wealth of information and how people are so supportive and cheer each other on to greater success! This is truly an amazing site and I look forward to being part of this team that Dean has built.

Welcome to the site. I'm also new to the game myself and looking to get my feet wet and start assembling a dream team. Also, I'm in a sort of transition stage having just graduated college. I live in the Boston are but am highly considering moving out to your neck of the woods in the near future (so long as I can jump-start my REI career in the meantime.
