First I'll say; I serve an awesome God!I'm originally from Flint Mich.I settled in Atlanta in 1987.I'm the proud father of three, I also have one newly born grand daughter.
Every since I can remember, I've always loved people.I also always had an entrepernuerl spirit.I've tried a little of this and a little of that.
I was diagnosed with Arthritis Feb 2009. I lost my job with the hospital due to illness in July 2009.I've now decided that NEVER again will I be put in this position!I've always loved and believed that Real Estate would be the vehicle to control my own future, so here I am with the DG family!

Making repairs
Hello family.
My question is; If I buy a property which I rent out,how do I handle if the property needs repairs.I only have let's say $100 pos cashflow and I'm NOT a handyman! Do you put something in your contracts that may cover situations like that?
