Let's just say that Investing in Real Estate is what I really want to do.
What started it all: I was on vacation one week. I stayed up late and I happened to come accross this guy Dean G, talking about real estate. Long story short. I bought the books read them in about 1 month. And now I'm looking to get started.
I have the attitude where if they can do it, I can do it too.... better. I just need the tools to get the job done. Nobody I know in my immediate circle of friends is an investor or involved in real estate. I can do alot of things well. I just want to do real estate instead.

I'm looking for any help I can get.
