I'm trying to raise some money to enter the "Academy"! Heading to the plasma center this afternoon-scary but necessary!

Doing all the homework and research and any and everything else that doesn't take any more money right now. I'm afraid to launch out on the properties I've already been looking at until I get my coach. I want to do it right and be successful from the start!
