I went from being a stay home mom to being a special education teacher. My husband died in 2006. I worked as a teacher until I was laid off in June 2010. I decided to have my own business. Early 2011 I became interested in real estate while trying to keep my six children together. Its been rough but God has been good to us. Up unti now, my real estate journey has been that of buying courses and attending seminars and trainings. I keep thinking there is still more to know before I could actually do the business. Well,it is very hard to do it alone. I hope I would find a partner here. I want to start with wholesaling/co-wholsaling,assignment of contract, lease option or any other less risky approaches to build capital. I would like to solicit for help from those of you who are already doing the job and know what you are doing. I need help with analyzing properties. I know I have to make it happen because my children depend on only their mom - me.
