Just wanted to say hi to you and good luck in OUR new adventure with real estate. I am still working full time at Los Alamos. Hi Larry I am greatful for you setting up this investment club. I am not new to dg or investing i do have quite a bit of experience and a team and other investors i work with. this is an exciting business and you ever changing. I am an experienced rehaber. i have done a few shortsales, but my focus is wholesaleing. I do find and negotiate great deals. right now I have a custom home in the knolls of paradise hills in albuq that i am looking for an ivestor to assign to i can also oversee the project with all of my contacts so this is a great property for someone who is breaking in and wants a great deal with an investor who will help. how do we communicate with group i'm a little technically challenged. thanks di
