OfflineI am at a turning point in my life... looking for a new life in 2010. I am very interested in learning more from Dean and the rest of the students in the forum. I have read Profits from Real Estate RIGHT NOW and I loved it. I have owned two of my own properties before. However, because of bad choices I do not own any properties at this time. I need this opportunity to improve my life. To get back what i have lost and more.
My copy of Profits from Real Estate is underlined and highlighted all over the place. The concepts or methods used make perfect sense and I know I can do it...but I have to gain enough confidence to work that first deal. That's really where I am right now. I don't want to work the 40 hour a week job working pay check to paycheck anymore. I want to get more involved in this website, understand how to continue to learn and gain confidence. I like the idea of the buddy system here. Dean promises to help his students along...to not just sell them something and drop them once the credit card goes through but a promise to be with you and hold your hand along the way. That's what I am looking for and I hope to one day help someone else along once i am successful (pay it forward) so to speak.
