Ok I'm back and ready to tell my story....
Lets see, I have been living in FL for the past 5 years,moved here with my (now X) wife to get away from the New England winters and live in Paradise :)Awesome.
Well about 6 months ago I got devorced moved back into our old house (with a 800 dollar a mth mrtg.) and was still on disability for my secound kidney transplant that I had back in Oct of 08. I was taken off dissability 3 months ago and have been looking for work...to cover my bills and not loose my home, car,ect and came across Dean's late night show, baught his book (Be a real estate millionaire) read it in 2 days, got all excited and joined the family on line,baught the other book (Profit from RE right now) as well as his dvd program think a little different...
I did some investing while I was married, some land, 2 condos 9that we lived in) and the house I have now, as well as worked in the mortgage industry..I knew about the RE investing thing and wanted to be a part of it..how ever my "x" was not in to taking chances with our finances and only wanted to use cash we had. So now I am on my own, I want to make my dream of being a RE investor full time a reality and show her and all my firends and family it CAN be done, and I can help them do it to.
