im new to the D.G. group, April 2013 I want to get more active. I've been to auctions , tried some networking, talked with R.E. agents and others. I've put out bandit signs etc... but I seem to be running in cicles. I am getting more organized and want to start making offers.
I need to build a good buyer list, what good is it if you find good deals but nobody to offer it to? I dont have the credit or cash, so I must find buyers, right?
