I received the book on Sat, 5/30/09 and read the 8 chapters while traveling to Los Angeles on Sun, 5/30/09. We were accepted to the Success Academy on Tues, 6/2/09.

I followed the steps and by Mon, 6/1/09 I searched my area for properties. On Wed, 6/3/09 I was provided access code to a home on the market to show my potential buyer. Using the correct terminologies gained me confidence and security code within hours.

I just finished reading the entire book and now I am ready to make my offer as I already have two buyers.

My husband and I are very excited.
