I attend tax lien and reedemable deed sales in SC, GA, IL, IN, IA, TN and am willing to purchase leins and deeds for those that cannot physically attend these auctions. I'm trained in title abstraction. I will have my provisional brokers license early 2011 and am currently looking for a broker in charge. I prefer someone who considers themselves a real estate investor first and a broker second.
I'm originally from Cleveland and currently have investing interests there as well.
By day, I am a regional manager for a medical device firm where I manage a 13 state area. I'm currently finishing my Masters Degree in Business. I also have a family member completing law school who will be a resource as a real estate attorney.
