Hi,
this might help you out.. you should be able to co to public records and search by document type. then put in deeds in the last 30 days.. (there will probably be many) most deeds are only 2 pages long, so normally the mortages are recorded right after the deed, so write down the Book and page # of the deed then go back and do a search by OR book and page and put in the page number after the deed page number and if there is no mortgage that pops up for that buyer and an affidavit, or another mtg for another buyer, then you know they paid cash.
