About Me:

I am 60 years young and small business owner entrepreneur wanting to do what I enjoy doing best which is Real Estate. I've worked with several real estate agencies including Century21, but it wasn't until I saw Dean promoting the 2012 Insider's Financial seminar on television to be held in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Well I couldn't pass that up and I attended the seminar. That's where everything changed for the better and here I am today, Thank You Dean and Students for all the encouragement and support you've bestowed upon me. Unfortunately I am struggling with Procrastination, and Negative Surroundings although I consider myself to be a very positive individual. On December 11th 2013 I joined Deans Insider Elite member's website which is an Outstanding Website to say the least and now I am stepping forward and following the 30 days to RE Cash to the T! I also Ordered my business cards. By the way, I love the 25 to 1 formula: ) Again Thank You.

My interests are to have a more profitable monthly income and eventually reach my goal of financial independance so I can make a difference by helping others.

Living here in Broken Bow McCurtain County South East Oklahoma, I have not been able to find a Real Estate Investor friendly agent on the Re/Max website nor Keller Williams, but from the research that I've been doing lately there are a few small RE offices in the local news paper that with a bit of luck I might find one. Are there any members here that could shed some light on this Issue? God Bless you.

Hello DG members, it's been too long and I apologize for that. With that said, I am Exited to be back where I belong with good news to share with all of you. First, I found a Realtor/Investor in Ardmore, Oklahoma with whom I'm currently working with, Second, I finally formed my LLC S-Corp.
L S Real Estate Investor, LLC, and last but not least, I locked up my first deal in Broken Bow, Oklahoma and It's a beauty. So I am currently looking for Buyers to pass this Great, yes no hype Great deal to a buyer Investor within the next 30 to 60 days or less. I will have it posted on Facebook soon.
