Like many of you I am just trying to make it in this area. We live in the best part of the country but it's so expensive and with construction slow(along with everything else) I need to make money. I have Carleton Sheets' system, been to the Whitney seminar and have a rough idea on how to make deals work, but would like to join forces with someone who has done it. As an electrician for me the rehabbing part is easy. I can fix just about anything and if I can't do it I know people in every trade if I can't. If you have property and want to fix it up or want to buy handyman specials, I want to talk to you. Let's put your experience in real estate and mine in construction together and we'll both learn something new.
