I am a new beginner at real estate. I actually heard about this 3 years ago. I have been interested in this very well. I think that if i can get help i will be fine. I am a worker in the hospital cafe. But i am business minded person. I really believe that i need a lot of help in real estate. I mean, am new so, i want to know a lot and learn a lot.

Alright am a new member here at this website i want to find buyers. I heard we're supposed to create a buyers list, i went to craigslist and you know that you are looking at housing this housing that, but who is the buyer and who is the seller i cannot tell. Also they say we have to look in the newspaper ads, and REI clubs, are there other ways, because i have a friend who is selling his house and he is moving out of the house by the end of this month. So, i want to get some ideas on how to find a buyer, so i can get a finder's fee, any ideaz???
