My husband and I have just read Dean's book and are so excited to get started with something new. We have some investment properties already, but that "wait until it's paid off" for the cash flow is still 7 years away. We want to use Dean's program to do some flips and pay off our consumer debt, then buy some more properties that will cash flow. Retirement is looming and we are NOT ready!
