I am looking to ramp up my real estate investing business. I dabbled a few years ago while working in the corporate world and sold a house. I am no longer working in the corporate world and am focusing my efforts on real estate investing.

I have one deal under my belt in the last few months and am looking to add more deals each month. I would like to acquire buy/hold cashflow properties in addition to cash generating wholesale deals.
