When you been down to the bottom there is no other place to go but to the top if your are motivated to do what it takes to get there. I began reading become a realestate millionair on my birthday 2/15 and was on DG in 2 weeks. I posted my profile and my interest in starting a buyers list of RE investors in philly and freeindeed was first to answer. I found her interest in vacant shell properties and her husband in home rehab were the friends I needed. I am happy to be a bird dog and flooring contractor on later deals pending.
