two years from retirement ( I Hope ) have dont two deals since reading Deans book! Did quite well on one and even on the other. Am about to make an offer on another single family home thois coming week. I am a little slow at making decisions on some of this stuff but am getting better. Have studied this venture for a long time. My grandfather was into rental property so I guess I get it from him.
