It is amazing that you are looking for luxury properties that have CHASE loans and I have a home owner that owns luxury homes in Light House Point in Boca Raton, Florida where for the last 24 months he has been unable to work with Chase to reach any agreement with regards to issues on CO and the terms of the loans. Therefore, I am interested in the program you currently have available.

Regarding information on me, I am currently working with a realtor that mostly sells high-end luxury property in Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach Counties, as well as the West Coast of Florida. I find the cash buyers to purchase these properties that are listed or not listed on the MLS. Therefore, please advise me whether or not you will work with another real estate investor, i.e. a wholesaler. If you do, please email me with your requirements, etc.
