About Me:

I am a new investor from the Monmouth Ocean County area of the Shore. My full time job is in Law Enforcement here at the shore. I am actively looking for wholesale deals to assign to another investor. I am always looking to network with other investors. I am highly motivated and open to critism, advice, and words of wisdom. I love to surf and travel. Some of my favorite surf destinations are Central America and the Caribbean. I live at the shore about 3 miles from the beach. I grew up at the Shore and know the area well. Hopefully with the help of other investors I can close some deals!

Thank you for your post. As you saw, I am a new and am trying to assign some deals. I have built a solid buyers list, and have found some unique properties IE: vacant, owner passed away and left house to adult children ( a few of these). Owners that were attempting rehabs and now out of money ect...

Sometimes I find myself over whelmed and nervous. I guess I am nervous about getting stuck with a contract and the end buyer backing out....

I have been a student now for just 2 full months I have learned a lot in this time and have come along way. I guess I am just anxious to get that first deal done to prove to myself that I can do it.

Joe, I see that you have been very successful with DG's program. I would like to continue dialog with you and learn from you and your experience. I believe it is very important to make it my business to know the right people...and you are one of them!
