Welcome to this site; I read your post about how to succeed in the Success Academy; my advice to you, as a SA student is to go out and take action; don't rely on the coaches to hold your hand and tell you what to do. You can post your questions on this site, and many experienced investors here will be more than happy to answer or give you advice. Call the coaches at the SA with your questions- don't wait for them to call you. Read the threads on this site-there is so much great information to help you along your journey.

Make sure you're calling the coaches at the Success Academy every day! If they tell you to keep applying the techniques, ask them specifically what can you do? You are paying for their advice and guidance, ask for it!

find an investor friendly agent and join a rei club in your area!
Re-read DG's books "Profit From Real Estate Right Now" and "30 Days To Cash in RE"
