Just started to jump into this arena though I've been a real estate licensee for 28 years! I've been involed in property management most of that time, but I sold RE for about 2 years so I'm comfortable with and have access to MLS. Have just completed the 3-day get-together and have information coming out of my ears and I was able to get my son to partner with me..yea! He's a wonderful young man and though he has a great income and job, he is still interested in helping me, his son and future wife have a more secure future. We're both excited to do this.
