I am an airline pilot living in Houston, TX with my lovely wife. We feel very fortunate to have the advantage of free travel, and we feel the need to use this benefit to profit from real estate.

I currently own a house that I have rented out to two wonderful tenants. I also have a small real estate project in Roatan, Honduras where myself and a group of investors have built two houses. One house has sold, and we are waiting for the other house to sell.

My wife and I are currently working on acquiring a foreclosure property in Houston. We plan to fix it up and live in it until it sells or rents. I hope that 2009 will be very prosperous to us and everyone.
