I live in Ontario and i have purchase Dean's book. it is good to know that there are other people doing the same thing i want to do. I am new to the real estate arena and i am looking forward to making some money using Dean's techniques. I live in your area and I have found several properties in Hemet/San Jacinto. Are you strictly looking at Hemet or the area from Dominagoni to the Romona expressway? Who is your broker?
