I have over 15 years of real estate (sales) experience. I grew tired of not making enough money in regular sales and became interested in RE investment. I attended many seminars and workshops and even tried many products (tapes, cds, dvds, books, etc), but none really worked out as claimed. However, with what I have read so far on Dean's site, I am impressed and do plan to take another chance. I will start by purchasing the book. I do welcome any comment about your experience with his products. I need honesty people! Time is hard and I can afford to waste a penny now.
