62 year old Marine Corps veteran, 40%, lost job 2 years ago, one door closes...new one opens. Son, 19, is college student music minor, biochemistry major. Both of us are looking for a better way... Son to help with educational career and financial future and I've spent 43 years doing for others, now it's my time. The next 30 years I will be healthier, wealthier, and wiser through real estate. I am a doer, and always willing to learn a better way. I want to fly my own airplane again...to see my properties.
