I own a condominium with two brothers (3 total). Due to financial problems beyond our control we are in close to pre-foreclosure status. I personally am close to bankruptcy.
Doesn't it seem odd that the type of deal that we are all looking for, a pre-foreclosure, is happening to a future real estate superstar.
With all these real estate wizzes out there can anyone come up with a suggestion.
