OfflineI'm in Dean's Success Academy. The online classes are very good. Learning a lot from 'mentors' I've found at local REI's and those I've found in the field. Finally working on my first deal (over a year after starting this REI 'quest'.) helping friends find a house. It is going well and hope to get it closed quickly.
