I think Dean has the means of an exploding bunch of RE Investors, just by putting all that info. in his books! I can't wait to start making offers but how is the best way to do it? I know, read the book, but I still do not really understand how the deal is suppose to work. I think I need to enroll in the Success Academy. I need to do this, I can't stand my job any longer. I know I CAN do it just how to get the first deal, and I will be off and running!
