Congratulations, Tim! What you have just won is the chance of a lifetime, an opportunity to pick the brain of the world's foremost Real Estate trainer. Dean is a walking encyclopedia of knowledge concerning real estate investment. He says he has failed more than he has succeeded, but as you know, he has succeeded more than anyone.
