Time to get serious about my financial future!

I'm 54 years old, single, and have worked all my adult life. I am a paralegal and have always been interested in real estate off and on throughout out my life. In 2006, I got my real estate license and unfortunately that is when the housing market started to colapse. After approx. 6 months working as an agent and not making any money, I returned to the life of a 9-5 employee so as to get a steady check. I took a chance and ordered Dean Graziosi's book and am eagerly awaiting it as I have read the first 3 chapters on my computer. I am hoping to network within this organization and to hopefully meet wonderful people to share information, experiences and knowledge.
