I'm a 46 years old,very hard worker all my life.I deliver heating oil for a living.My work is seasonal and am laid of in the summer months.I live in a single home,nothing fancy,and owe 10 years on it.I live paycheck to paycheck.I've always wanted to get involved in real estate investing but never really knew how to get my foot in the door.I've read Deans book and decided this would be a chance to make a positive change in my life.I've spoken to and have gotten some very positive and friendly help from people on this page.I have kmow experiance in realestate investing but with reading the book and the online support I beleave I am as ready as I'll ever be [ gulp!! ].There is a lot I have to learn and the only way I beleave is by doing.So wish me luck on my new journey.When your at the bottom there is only on way thats up.

I am so ready to take flight in this new career I've read Deans book and want to start to apply the the knowledge he taught me,I just dont know where to start.I dont feel I have enough knowledge to speek to realtors or investors and am affraid of drawing a blank when confering with them.I have a broker who is willing to work on my team and is a personal friend thats how I aquired her.I just need to make a few deals to get the rythem of things and to be confident in the step by steps to get the deals done right.I will do anything and am very hard worker. I'm not affraid of putting in the hours just need help with my first deal.

Hi To the top, Hey I am really sorry I'm getting back to you like 2 months later. I didn't even know that you responded till now. I stumbled across your email. I didn't do a deal yet but am very close. I figure if other people can do it so can I. I have know Idea how its going to go at closing or what I even have to do....I'm gonna wing it and just show up with my realtor. You know,the more people I talk to on the phone the more confident I feel. I'm starting to realise that most people know hardly anything about selling or buying a house. I only have been doing this since Nov. and been learning alot by the investment program Dean offers. I'm always calling them then I write down my question and there answer.You learn by doing I guess. I'm going to look at 2 houses on Wed. and plan to put offers in on both. I have buyers set up for them but if they dont want the deal I guess I'll cross that bridge then and just advertise the hell out of it. Just go for it ya know,you only live once and might as well make it exciting.....Write back and let me know how things are going for you. We might be able to help eachother out with our screwups haha.
