I had been investing in Real Estate since 2008 and so far, I have enough properties for cash flow that allow me to quit my job and focus on investing in Real Estate full time and also give me the opportunity to expand on my own business. I won't have been able to do that if I did not quit my job so I can focus on starting the website. Now that we have the website going, I also want to focus on getting more properties for flip and eventually acquire more properties for cash flow.
