I am a mother, wife, and grandmother. I recently signed up for the three day seminar along with my son. I am anxious to start this new venture with my son to make all the dreams come true. Our venture begins 4/15/2011. Husband is now involved and our fist house/ rehab and flip is under way. Hi Greg,

I do have a trainer who is on vacation this week and training somewhere next week. I have a question.

I have a buyer wanting a house in SF and wants the address to get the POF letter.

Should I have her sign something from me before I give her the address as she just may buy around me.

Some sort of contract I presume but I do not know which one.
