No really they are great kids, each one in his or her own way. I am a 23 year veteran of the US Army, enlisting in 1988 as a private and retired as a Major in 2012. I have always been fascinated with real estate and have known intuitively that no other investment vehicle compares. I have devoured a couple of Dean's books and now am chomping at the bit to get off my rear end (so to speak) and get moving. I'm from Southern Cal originally and my wife is from Rio Grande Do Sul, Brazil. I was a missionary in Brazil years ago so a lot of Portuguese get spoken at home!
