How do I know it is a good deal?
I have only has three offers accepted and have not been able to assign them or wholesale them to anybody. I did the equations with the comps and rehab, came up with an offer price, did not go over. When I called my buyers, all of them said, well maybe if it was ......, which was like 20 less then what I got it for. Help me, need some advice fast.
