I was an entrepreneur and a real estate broker for many years and got bored with the traditional way of doing real estate. Since then I've tried different ways of making money and have also returned to school to complete my BBA. Even doing all that, I find that I enjoy the entrepreneurial life and do not care to work for someone else. The downturn in the economy and the scarcity of jobs in this location makes this time of life an opportunity to not only make a difference but also put some change in our pockets.

I want to succeed at this opportunity and I'm developing my buyer's list to give me a jump start. My biggest problem is getting all of the old ways of doing business out of my head.

Interests: 
I enjoy golfing, playing keyboard, games and more games.

Most of your questions can also be answered by researching in some of the Forums, Posts, and other links available.

I wanted to stop by and welcome you to the board. It is good to see someone coming aboard as an experienced RE broker. You knowledge will be valuable to many here. I know you will enjoy learning all the new and different ways of working with investors and wholesalers. I've worked for other people within the real estate industry for so long that it's taking me awhile to adapt to this type of concept.
