Retired NWS meteorologist as of June 30, 2012. Purchased 3 SF homes in past 18 months. After taking some time off, I plan to work 50% of my time as a RE investor and the rest devoted to family, travel, volunteering and skiing. My wife and partner Sandy is a romance writer and we have been working together to develop our RE business.

I live 8 miles below Powderhorn Ski Resort and learned to ski 6 years ago at the age of 57. The mountain was sure intimidating then. After I retired we spent the month of August in Texas visiting family. We are scheduled on a Princess Cruise to go through the Panama Canal.
First purchase since joining the DG family
Closed on our 4th SF home at 1 pm March 4th and signed a tenant up at 3 pm same day. Even with 25% down still making 18% ROI and $535 cash flow per month. While I am a buy and hold investor I plan to advertise this in May....it was a Fannie Mae and I cannot sell for more than $X.XX for 90 days.
We were at the Edge event in Vegas in Feb/Mar and purchased one lean and the redeemsion check arrived yesterday. Also purchased two RE notes which were funded today.
